Privacy notice.
Short version: no cookies, no analytics, no trackers. We only have what you send us through the contact form or by email, and we use it to reply.
opsrunway.com is operated by Autostat, which is the data controller for anything you send us. Contact: hello@opsrunway.com.
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email, company, the topic you picked, your message and the page you sent it from. We also record the IP address and browser type with the message, to block spam. We use this to reply to you and, if you become a client, to manage the work. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you started.
The runway calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent to us.
Messages are stored on our own server in the EU and in our customer records system, which we host ourselves. We keep enquiries that don't lead to work for up to 24 months, then delete them. Client records are kept as long as the law requires for invoices and contracts.
We don't sell your data, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@opsrunway.com. If you're in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority. Last updated 19 Oct 2026.
